Modern Solutions advertising is more effective than traditional offline advertising like newspapers, flyers, or post cards which is cost effective, allowing us to charge less commission without cutting our services. Saving you money is just as important as providing you exceptional service. That is our #1 goal, commission and compensation is secondary.
Some of our clients do not want a “for sale” sign. While there is no insisting from us, a for sale sign can only be beneficial to your sale. A for sale sign creates a buzz in the neighbourhood and drive by traffic that may not otherwise know the property is for sale, simply, increasing your chances of a faster and higher sale price.
