King City leads the township’s market with newer luxury subdivisions near the GO station, followed by Nobleton’s executive homes on large lots and Schomberg’s more village-like streets. Typical sales sit above $2 million, and rural King estates with acreage regularly list from $3 million into the tens of millions. Condos and townhomes exist but are rare — the newer King City developments offer the few entry points under $1 million.
