Modern Solution Realty Inc., Brokerage is committed to providing real estate services and a website that people with disabilities can use with the same dignity and independence as everyone else, in keeping with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA) and the Ontario Human Rights Code.

Our website

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level AA, the standard required of Ontario organizations under the AODA Information and Communications Standards. Pages are built with semantic headings, text alternatives for images, keyboard-operable navigation and forms, sufficient colour contrast and responsive layouts that work with screen magnification and screen readers.

Some content comes from third parties — listing photographs, MLS® data feeds, embedded maps and videos — and may not yet meet the standard in full. We correct issues we find and welcome reports of any you encounter.

Our services

We will communicate with you in a way that takes your disability into account, welcome support persons and service animals in our office and at showings, and provide documents such as agreements and disclosures in an accessible format or with communication supports on request, at no extra cost.

If our office or a property we are showing is temporarily inaccessible, we will let you know and arrange an alternative where we can.
